- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight.”“Don’t be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.”
Proverbs 3: 5-7 CSB - Breaking this scripture down a little we can see that, we must Trust in the LORD with all our heart, and we must not rely on our own understanding,
We can’t expect to be lead in the right direction if we are trusting in other people or in our own understanding or our own inner feelings or the advice we invent in our own hearts. The world tells us to trust ourselves, and trust our own hearts, the world says do what your heart tells you, and that is the convoluted advice the world and Satan will offer. God commands us here Not to lean our own understanding, our understanding is flawed and wrong, and God’s wisdom is perfect and unshakable… - We must acknowledge God in all our ways, not in some of our ways, not in most of our ways, but in all our ways, we must acknowledge the LORD! When we acknowledge the LORD in all our ways, (remember Him) (know Him) in all you do, The LORD will make your paths straight, remove all obstacles, and give you success. We should never be wise in our own eyes, (in our own understanding) being wise in our own understanding means depending upon our own wisdom instead of depending upon the perfect, unmovable wisdom of an all-knowing God,
- We know nothing, but God knows everything how foolish it is to trust in your own wisdom, which is undeniably flawed and so limited…Danno Mejias Romann12/07/2022Faith
